Well it's time to digest the weeks fishing action, which is a better option than digesting Harbour caught fish if you believe what you read!!

We'll start with Lee and his mate Ian who hit the Hawkesbury to flick a few lures around the racks and ended up with a couple of keepers for their trouble.

Wombat fished live Yakkas around North Head and got stuck into the Kings. Sounds like a perfect day to me!

Darryl and Andy hit Broken Bay chasing sharks (why?!!) but struggled to to even get live bait proving that even Yakkas can be tempramental if they choose! Despite using enough berley to induce more sharks than at South Stradbroke Island, not a single bitey could be seduced. The highlight of the day was Dazzas first Frigate, gotta love catching a new species!!!!

Frank aka Wetpatch hit Botany Bay for a King and a good Flatty. A flat battery necessitated a tow back to the ramp but as Frank says, Fisho's are good blokes.

Joe & Chris hit the Harbour and got smoked by a couple of XOS Kings before Chris bagged his first ever Kingfish. The smile in the picture says it all!

Resident Irishman and drunk MarkD managed to scab yet another day of decky duty, this time with PhilD. The boys headed offshore to Narrabeen and came home with a nice King as well as adding to the population of Sydney big Kings swimming around with hooks stuck in their mouths.

Boppa, while catching live bait at West head learned that where there's bait there's fish. He also learned that a big king can't be stopped on a handline.

Another Kingfish virgin lost his cherry when Trippo ended two years of trying and bagged his first at Bluefish. Even more surprised was his wife when he came home with a feed of fish!

North Head continues to produce as Dan aka HotTuna got stuck into the Kings offshore as well as a feed of squid. Unfortunately my invite to the BBQ must have been lost in the mail.

In other news, as per usual the pro's in Pittwater / Hawkesbury are plying their deplorable trade plundering the remaining fish stocks as well as doing their best to spread noxious week throughout the system. If this annoys the crap out of you then read up about a planned protest in Pittwater. To find out more follow the link below:
