Yeah i'll second that, well set out for fishing both inshore or outside and would easily pull a skier or two.

In all seriousness, I personally don't like 1/2 cabs as well. But having been out a few times when shelter from the spray or sun would have been heavenly, I wouldn't discount them without at least considering it.

like theyre not bad but the only thing that bothers me is that it takes up half of the most well at least 1/3, and that 1/3 could be more room for people to fish properly.

I understand what you mean, but how often will you be getting out with more than 2 other blokes? And if you were to be cruising rather than fishing, it has better protection from the elements!

Groperman,

What Joe is saying is absolutely 100% - couldn't agree more with him. If you're taking the wife/girlfriend out, she is not going to hang it over the side to take a leak - that's why they invented buckets. The half cab provides shelter from sun, wind and rain and provides a place for the missus and/or kiddies to sleep whilst you fish.

That's why a lot of us have centre consoles - so the missus won't come with us :D :D :D

Yeah i agree, a half cab is great for most circumstances. The only reason im getting out of mine and into an open boat is for lure chucking only.

Im going to miss the cover of the canopy and would recommend getting cover unless your flicking placcies with an electric motor.

You generally fish out the back anyway and the cover is great for the girls when they come along.
