Hi All,

can anyone tell me how far from botany or from the hacking the southern canyons off sydney are???

i have no idea.

It`s around 18 nm from Botany Heads
and circa 12-13 nm from the Hacking.

You never hear too much about what you can catch at the southern canyons besides YFT and pelagic fish but can you drop for blue eye etc.
Is anybody able to post GPS co ords for them please.

I guess I confused it with some other marks I have.
If you are referring to Stanwell Park Canyons
(my outer marks are S34 14.993 E151 32.074) then it`s about
the same from BB or PH about 21 NM.

Please feel free to correct me if I`m mistaken.

I remember it being about 33km from Botany Heads?

I've been researching this the past couple of days. The southern Canyons are between Browns and Stanwell, the mark for the southern canyons is 34.12.950s 151.29.450e
